Also, how much in tablespoon measure?

200ml = 35g / ? tablespoon

60ml = ?g / ? tablespoon

200 ml/60 ml = 35 g/x g and x = 10.5 g so 60 ml will be 10.5 grams.

 

To convert to tablespoons, use the conversion factor of 1 tablespoon is equal to 14.8 mls.

200 ml x 1 tablespoon/14.8 mls = 13.5 tablespoons = ~14 tablespoons

60 ml x 1 tablespoon/14.8 mls = 4 tablespoons

 

So, in summary...

200 mls = 35 g = ~15 tablespoons

60 mls = ~11 g = 4 tablespoons
