What part of the a MLA format do I use to follow up with a direct quotation to avoid plagiarism? (DESCRIPTION)

English - After a direct quotation I should be stating where the information I was using came from in parenthesis. I am unfamiliar with what part of this MLA format I would use in order to move forward: Universal Declaration of Human Rights. United Nations, 4 December 2014. www.un.org/en/universal-declaration-human-rights/. Accessed December 2017. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!
