when we Join Point B with Point D
it divides the ABC in two right triangles ABC = ADB + CDB
Area of ABC = 36+ 36= 72
as we know
Area of CDB = FDC + BFC = 16+ 20= 36
on the other side
we have one triangle and a Quadrilatral
ADB = FBE+AEFD
36= 10 +AEFD
AEFD=36 -10= 26
