The solution set for x<-3/5 is infinite... (-∞, -3/5)
The solution set for y>-2/7 is infinite ... (-2/7, ∞)
-3/5 = -21/35
-2/7 = -10/35
The two solution areas do not overlap.
Are you sure this problem shouldn't be
x = -3/5 and y = -2/7?
Regardless, any fraction between -10/35 and -21/35
will be a rational number between -3/5 and -2/7
How about: -11/35, -12/35
