I'd start with the setting--what can you tell about where and when the scene takes place? From the dialogue, what else can you tell about the environment?
Then characters--who are these people? What job do they have? Do they know each other? What clues do you see about what makes them different from each other?
Then action--what do they do? What is different at the end of the scene from the beginning? Have they done anything? Decided to do anything?
Any other details. For example, language: how do they talk? Are they speaking in poetry or prose? Long words or short words? Also tone: what would you say the dominant emotion is in the scene? Why?
And if you want to be show-off-y, what questions or guesses do you have about where things are going from here, since it's the first scene in the play?
