Please tell me where to put the commas

There should be a comma after oozing, another comma after infected, another after crusty

There was a 2 cm, oozing, obviously infected, crusty, purulent lesion on the right forearm.

 

I don't believe you need a comma after purulent.

Read the sentence as shown and see if it sounds right.
