The owner of a movie theater overhears the following conversation on his train ride to work:

“Wow, that movie was simply amazing yesterday. So much action! The best picture this year by far,” exclaims a young man.
“I liked the movie too, but the theater was too cramped for me,” responds an older gentleman. “The seats were so small and I had to strain my neck to see the screen. The sound was also far too loud.”
“That didn’t bother me too much” says a young woman. “The price for a ticket is what was really irritating. And then $10 for a popcorn and soda? No thank you…”

What conclusion can be drawn from the above conversation?
