Then decide which side upon which to collect all of the x-related terms, choosing such that the coefficient of x is POSITIVE. Collect all 'loose' constants on the opposite side from where you collected the x's.
next, divide out the coefficient of x. You may get something like this example:
14 ≤ 9t so in this you would get 14/9 ≤ t which you read, from RIGHT TO LEFT, as t ≥ 14/9.
