Catcher in the Rye Song Parody

For my English class,  we have to create an important part of catcher in the rye in another medium; interpretive dance, painting, film. I chose to do a song parody. What song should I use and what should the main point be? (I've seen some for Ackley being gross and Allie being dead) Thanks... Also,  I there an app that I can use to sing it for me?

Hello Gracie, I would suggest you do it on a tense part of the book. Maybe like when Holden and Sally go to the play and Holden gets annoyed at her. You could use any kind of song that mentions jealousy, or getting upset when someone is talking with someone else.
