A good starting place for formatting your citations is citationmachine.net. It isn't perfect, but it does a pretty good job taking the information about your sources and formatting them in the style you select. It will also give you examples of how to do the in-text citations. Once you have this beginning format, you can ask your teacher for help reviewing it and making sure everything is correct. After you have seen your own sources translated into correct citations, it will be easier for you to understand how the formatting works.
