Who is the target audience of disney princesses ( unrealistic bodtypes, fragile, beautiful etc)

I am thinking that young girls would be the target audience but I am not sure as to Why?

This question is asking for an opinion.  So, there are any number of reasonable answers that would work.  From the suggestions in the parenthesis, it's probable that you're expected to be more specific than "young girls".  What age, race, body type, economic standing, education level, personality, etc.?

 

Regarding why ... Again, there could be several reasons.  The question is asking for your opinion.  Your opinion may vary depending on whether you're thinking about the writers, the character "actresses", the producers, the marketers, etc.
