ANOVA results interpration

Hi, I attached ANOVA results. What is the meaning of sum of squares and mean square? How can I interpret the ANOVA result by the meaning of sum of squares and mean square?

Higher sum of squares are better or smaller?
How can I interpret results with sum of squares and mean square?  for example: B has a higher sum of squares, consequently, is a better factor............
I want to write a paper. Which one of them should be reported? All of ANOVA table should be reported? (Source/ Sum of squares/ Degrees of freedom/ Mean square/ F/ p-value)
