We did an experiment in our biology class about how salinity concentration affects the impatien plant. We made solutions of 2.5%, 5% and 10% with the control being 0%. We watered a set of two plants for each solution to gey morr accurate data. We took the initial mass after watering them and then over the course of thr next four days however we only watered thrm the following day. Temp, time & light were all controls. On the fourth day I looked at all the data and saw the constant plant lost the most mass although you could clearly see the 5% and 10% werr practically dead and the control looked the same as the initial day. Can someone please thoroughly explain to me what happened? Or is it probably experimental error?
