If you want to learn quickly first start with the basic elements of art (value, color, form, shape, space, line). Then simply start playing around with each of those and just draw or paint. So things will come naturally if you let it and you have the passion for it. Then you can delve deeper into the areas you like most or what parts you want to learn the most. Remember true art starts with expression, not perfection.
