Prioritize your obligations just like you do you would your ABC's, or Maslows. Your time is 24 hours a day, like the rest of us. The difference is how many tasks you have each day. When I was in school, I remember telling my friends " I'll see you in about 2 years", and it was much like that. Dave Ramsey the money guy says focus on your 4 walls first. Nursing school is the same, keep your bills paid, home work turned in, prepare for your exams and quizzes, do not miss any classes, labs, sim, or clinicals. Also, get a tribe of supportive people to be your backup.
If you do not NEED to do something, plan to study instead. I agree with the other tutor, get yourself a detailed planner and account for your time. Nursing school takes commitment, and you can do this.
