Download of app

Hi,

I’m currently in Accra, Africa, and my daughter, who will be using the app, is based in the UK. I’ve been trying to download the app without success, as I keep receiving messages saying it’s not available In the region or the country.

I’ve already selected a tutor and would like to book lessons. Is there an alternative way to do this?

I would reach out to customer service about this question. As far as I know, Wyzant only operates in the United States for students in the US. I would do a search online to see what other international tutoring platforms would be available for you to use. Additionally, I think you can book through the website. Even as a tutor, I don't actually use the app at all. Good luck!
