Cellular signaling regulates physiological processes by acting as a communication network between cells. This allows them to respond to external stimulli and cordinate complex bodily function, and if this is disrupted it can lead to diseases including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions.
Think about this like a traffic system- the receptors are the traffic light and the traffic flow is the signaling pathway. Traffic jam is dysregulation.
In the same way this leads to people rushing through stop signs, crowded roads and using alternative roads- it is the same way in the body that leads to an issue with the rapid and continous growth of the cells (cancer)
or body having to use altenative methods like treatments.
