asked 01/02/24Tutoring oppurtunities
Hello, My name is Jackson
I am currently enrolled at Rutgers University, majoring in Biological sciences. Biology comes very easy to me and I feel I am qualified to tutor students at the high school and undergrad level. A good friend recommended I apply to become a tutor through this site, and I was just wondering how I would go about applying. I understand materials well and I have experience teaching my peers in study groups. Coincidentally my father and grandfather were teachers so this line of work in runs in our family. I was wondering if there were available positions open as a biology tutor, and if so how would I apply for said position?
-Thank you for your time

I believe you should practice ,perhaps with a friend before you apply to become a tutor. I have been tutoring for many years and you need to be prepared to work with all kinds of students.
