Elk Tag Drawing Odds

Question

Trying to figure out Draw odds for Elk Tag drawing per point level. There are 74 total tags to be drawn for the hunt. There is different point levels up to 5. If you have 1 point then your name goes in the hat 1 time. If you have 2 points then your name is in the hat twice, etc. Below is a list of people at each point level.

1 point = 8994

2 points = 6212

3 points = 6541

4 points = 3784

5 points = 3691

Looking to figure out how to calculate draw odds for each point level. What draw % does a person with 1 point have to draw 1 of the 74 tags and you can't draw more than once. Thanks
