Biomechanics project - Matlab

Can you help walk through each problem (PDF can be shared) and share the matlab code (with notes?) Thank you. I have worked through this the best way I know how, I can share my results, but received feedback from the TA that i cannot quite apply since I am still trying to understand where I went wrong.

Briefly, here are the questions 1. solve the system of ODEs, given and find expressions, 2. fit Dt function to experimental data in PDF and find coefficients for gc, gu, gd

  1. predict numbers U (t=8) and D(t=8)
