Wyzant accepted me as a tutor but also rejected my qualifications?

I got accepted as an art tutor for Wyzant. But they sent me a boiler plate email that my qualifications were rejected (for drawing). Does that mean I was rejected as a tutor? (It's a bit confusing). For background I've work (as an artist) in features, TV, commercials, video games, etc. recently for Disney and Marvel

Hello! In order to qualify to tutor certain subjects, Wyzant requires tutors to provide explicit background experience in numerical form along with a brief description of said qualification. For example, be sure to write what degree you earned, years of experience in a relevant position/company, etc.
