Canadian Credit Card Payment

Hello,

I recently moved to Denver from Canada. I only have a Canadian credit card at the moment, I can't seem to input my billing address from Canada. Do I need to have an American credit card to set up the payment or can I use a Canadian one?

Hey Alexander,

Yes, you must provide a US method of payment since this platform's services are only offered within the US. Once you have that on file, DO NOT attempt to modify your method of payment while you have pending transactions for any sessions you've taken, as it will result in your account getting blocked/banned until you contact Wyzant customer service to resolve the issue.
