Basically, there are two "competing" forces that determine the acceleraion of the block.
1) F(applied) in the upward direction. 2) The component of F(gravity) along the surface of the path.
Then, we apply Newton's 2nd Law:
∑Fnet = ma
F(applied) - mgsin15 = ma = m x 2 ==> F(applied) = (5.6 x 9.8 x 0.65) + (5.6 x 2) = F(applied)
F(applied) = 35.67 + 11.2 = 46.87 ∼ 47N
