Need help being able to show my son how to set this up and solve it for success.

This is a great problem!
The first thing we need to do is find the number of days in 3 weeks.
3*7 = 21 days
Then we find the number of rainy days. Since it rains every 3 days, we divide the number of days by 3.
21/3 = 7 rainy days
