We're given that
5M = 4L
To solve for a M, we divide both sides by 5
M = (4/5)L
But, we want to know what 14M is, so, multiply both sides by 14
14M = 14(4/5)L
14M = (56/5) L

We're also given that
16L = 10K.
Solve for L by dividing both sides by 16

L = 10/16 K = 5/8K

What we need is 14M.
We know that 14M = (56/5)L
and L = (5/8)K
So, 14M = (56/5)L = (56/5)(5/8)K
14M = (56/5)L = 7K
