help - first tutor session

Question

Hi - I have a tutoring session set for this comming saturday....

a) it's for a boy I know - how do I get him added to the account so he gets the correspondence from the tutor??

b) where does he go for the first tutor session? just logs n to this account??? is it video supported or how is is held/interacted?

c) is there someone at Wyzant who I can speak to???

Hi Ron,

To answer your questions in order:

a) This boy or his parent will have to create their own WyzAnt student account and reach out to the tutor that way. Here is a link for how to create a new WyzAnt student account: https://www.wyzant.com/signup

b) Once connected, this student can have his online sessions with his tutor online here at WyzAnt by using the WyzAnt online learning tool after the tutor schedules an official online tutoring session with the boy himself. The WyzAnt student account holder will then have direct online access to each of the lessons themselves via a link to them sent to the student account holder each time around. Each online WyzAnt tutoring session is automatically recorded and saved by the network unless requested otherwise by the student up front. Alternatively, the boy and his tutor can meet on Zoom and record the tutoring sessions that way instead if they prefer.

c) You can reach out to WyzAnt Customer Support directly at any time with any questions that you may have about anything related to tutoring with the network itself.
