You can use individual bar charts to present the effect of XYZ on each disease.
On the X axis, you present the symptom of each disease, and on the Y axis you present the response/effect of the drug. Always remember to include a control, meaning people with the disease that were NOT treated by the drug. That way you understand what the effect of XYZ is on reducing symptoms.
Individual bar charts present the data neatly and show the effect of XYZ in a succinct manner.
