For this experiment, you need to consider that the fermentation reaction takes time to go into completion.
In other words, you would be observing the alcohol concentrations over time until it reaches its maximum alcohol concentration.
Therefore, the best graph to represent this would be a line graph. The x-axis would be time, the y-axis would be the alcohol content, and each line graphed would be labelled to the corresponding sugar solutions (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 % ).
