Power = change in energy or work divided by time

In this case, Power times time = gain in gravitational potential energy (or work done lifting a weight for a distance upwards)

Multiplying both sides of the equation with time:

Pt = mgh or Weight*h weight is (mg) where m is in kg and g is 9.8 N/kg and their product is weight in Newtons.. Either approach leads to (dividing both sides by h)

Pt/h = total weight

(15000 J/s)(24s)/(30m) = 12,000 Newtons (note: a Watt = J/s and a J=N-m, so a N-m/m is a N)
