The main players in the Triangle Shirt Factory Fire of 1911 were the worker's Triangle Waist Company, the owner's factory - of Max Blanck and Isaac Harris, and the New York City Fire Department.
The workers were largely young immigrants who were subject to low pay and dangerous working conditions. In preparation for the fire, they protested to the union to end their unfair working conditions. Unfortunately, their cries fell on deaf ears.
The owners of the factory, Blanck and Harris, had done little to nothing in terms of safety, such as fire drills, safety exits, or fire alarms, and had been turning an eye to the laborers’ requests for better working conditions.
The New York City Department, which was understaffed and ill-equipped, could not respond to the fire promptly. By the time the fire had spread rapidly throughout the building, the workers inside and causing immense destruction.

Hi Cynthia L., proper names are capitalized! So .... Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire -- it's a specific fire, a specific factory, and a specific company. As to the query itself, only you are reading particular resources with the information you need. How would anyone else know what that/those resources are?01/01/23
