This is a ratio problem which calls for you to use the following calculation:
If given a relation (i.e. one half of the earth's diameter) simply multiply the number by 1cm. In this case, 1/2 * 1cm = 1/2 cm.
You can also set it up as a proportion as long as you keep all the units the same:
1 cm = ??cm
earth's actual diameter (km) 2nd planet's actual diameter (km)
As of right now this is all the information you have given so I am guessing on how they gave the diameters of the other planets.
