The point (-5,3) after reflecting over the y-axis will be changed to (5, 3). Because when we reflect over the y-axis, the x position will be now changed to positive value in this case, while the y value remain the same. That is, we are reflecting or moving the point(-5,3) from the second quaderant to the first quaderant where both coordinates are now positive (5, 3).
