The contents of Jayleen's pool is 11400 - 9w

Set the two equal to solve for w: 10595 + 26W = 11400 - 9w

35w = 805 so w = 805/35 = 23 weeks

If you plug 23 weeks into both equations you'll see that both pools will be at 11,193 gals at that time.
