Oxidative stress index

Hello, I need to do a test on the rancimat lab equipment for oxidative stress index. I have never used this before. I have one sample of Dadex GT-2 NGM. Which is a blend of mixed tocopherols. Can someone explain how this machine works in terms what it will test for ? And how much I need to weigh sample? And do I need to make a blend that can be used ? For example can I mix it with canola oil ?
