A boat travels upstream and reaches town A in 2 hours. The return trip is 1 hour 40 min. What is the speed of the boat in still water?

Note that there are three unknowns: speed of boat B, speed of water W and distance D with only 2 relationships defined: the time upstream of 2 hours and time downstream of 5/3 hours. An absolute solution is not possible but one can find the solutions that B=11W and D=20W
