VERY Biology Question!

Why do we get gooosebumps when we listen to a specific song?

I would like to know how is this working (biologically)

Chemical signals (neurotransmitters) from the sympathetic nervous system are the alarm that wake up these stem cells. Cold temperatures trigger the release of the neurotransmitter norepinephrine. Norepinephrine, also known as noradrenaline, contracts the tiny muscle attached to the hair follicle and also jolts the stem cells into action.
