I assume that this means that the plates have an area of πd2/4 = π(.025m)2/4 = 4.9087 x 10-4 m2
I also assume that the capacitor can be considered an infinite plate capacitor.

Q = CV = CEd = ε0EA = 8.854 x 10-12(105)(.4.9087 x 10-4) = 4.35 x 10-10 Coulombs
Not a previous answer at least... Make sure that they ask for coulombs and not nanocoulombs.
