Physics problem about throwing a stone into a well

The diameter of the well is d = 1.3 m, and the distance from the top of the well to the water surface is h = 5 m. What is the minimum velocity required to throw a stone from a point located a = 9 m from the top of the well, so that so that the stone would fall into the water without touching the walls of the well? The stone is thrown from the same height as the top of the well.
