The purpose of Personal Statements, Cover Letters, and Resumes is to obtain the interview (or appropriate next step toward being chosen for the position) by distinguishing the applicant from the other candidates. Your personal statement, cover letter, and resume not only show future employers your qualifications and prior experiences, but they also provide insight to your values as a human being! These should be edited for every new opportunity to express how you, as a person, relate to the position being asked. You want to show how you can handle all responsibilities and provide details and stories as to how. These are my favorite! Feel free to message me to work on these!
