You would use the combined gas law. P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2
Step 1) the units have to match, you are starting with standard P1 of 1 atm so convert P2 from mmHg to atm and celsius to Kelvin.

at STP ^0C = 273K
Step 2) plug in the values given to the combined gas law.

8.90 x^-3 = 3.360/T2
Step 3) solve for T2
T2 = 3.360/8.90 x^-3
