One of the major ways of improving health and fitness is eating fresh fruits and vegetables fresh frozen more biodegradable ie bio ready/available foods that have ingredients that are less processed. Avoiding trans fats and partially hydrogenated oils or essentially processed foods and opting for more whole foods and more wholesome foods I'd every food group. Also increasing physical activity as opposed to having sendentaey lifestyles l has shown to increase and overall improve health.
Taking time to destress and doing what one enjoys also help with overall increased health benefits.
