Here's a try!
Look at the difference between the nos. in the 1st 2 rows.
For the 1st column: From 4 to 8 is 4, half of 4 is 2, 8 + 2 =10.
For the 2nd column: 9 to 5 is 4, half of 4 is 2, 5 - 2 = 3.
If the 3rd column follows suit, 20 - 14 is 6, half of 6 is 3, 14 - 3 = 11 (missing number??)
Perhaps someone else can find different relationship that answers the question.

But it first column it was 8+ half the number, however in the 2nd and 3rd coulmn it is 5- and 14- half the number, so why is it added in frst column but subtracted in the other two columns?05/23/22

Dayv O.
why is that perhaps the column criteria for add.subtract is not known. It could be add for 1st, then subtract for next 4 columns. It was that per chance that led to the answer.05/24/22

and look I think I have better correlation, which keeps even columns even and odd columns odd.05/25/22
