Since someone has already provided an answer using a calculator, here is a strategy you can use to figure this out without a calculator:
1) The square root of a number is equal to a number multiplied by itself. For example, the square root of 4 is 2x2.
2) You can make an easy educated guess based on the number range (181-200) that the integer is larger than 10 (because 10x10=100). You may also know that the integer is greater than 12 (because 12x12=144) and less than 15 (because 15x15=225).
3) Based on your educated guess, you can now find the exact number through simple multiplication and trial and error: 13x13=169 (not correct), 14x14=196 (correct!)
