Cierra, do you need to graph the equation? The best way to do that is to make a chart:

 

"x" hours    times 7   + 25    = total (your "y" value)

1           7         + 25       = 32

2            14       + 25       = 39

3             21       + 25      = 46

 

 

See the pattern? Make your x axis with increments of 1 (1,2,3, etc) and your y axis with increments of, say, 10, so you have enough room. Graph the x,y pairs from the chart, connect them with a line, and you're good. Any point on that line will now satisfy the equation.
