The answer is 4 x 10-6 C . Did they ask for the answer in nC? Do you use the EE or EXP key on your calculator? Was the distance really in meters? Did you divide? The equation is correct.

The electric potential 1.0 m from a point charge is 3.6×10^4 V . What is the value of q?
I tried using this formula v=k q/r and plugged in 3.6x10^4 = (9x10^9) (q)/ 1.0) to solve for q but it was not correct. Please help me

It is asking for the answer in uC. The distance was in meters.Thats the answer I got as well. I entered 4x10^-6 and it was wrong. I think it is because my answer is in C and not uC. Would it just be 4 in uC?02/07/22
