The correct answer to this would be B.
A hypothesis must be falsifiable, meaning that it must be able to be proven wrong by some degree of testing. If a hypothesis is unfalsifiable it would mean that is cannot be proven wrong and so no amount of experimental testing will ever be able to prove its significance either.
Test-taking tip- since this is a NOT TRUE question if you have two answer choices that are opposite of each other you can most of the time eliminate all of the other choices since the answer cannot be both A and B so one of those must be the actual answer.

Unfalsifiable means that something cannot be disproven. A hypothesis can always be disproven, so (b) is the correct choice for this question.
