How could I set up data for this study in a way that makes sense? (Like in a chart)

I am studying three different hunting styles in a cat species. So Hunting Style 1, Hunting Style 2, and Hunting style 3. I want to know if there is a difference in the amount of prey that is caught. (Basically see if one yields the most amount of prey.) I have 20 cat participants (10 male and 10 female). I will be observing one per night and recording each style they use and how much prey they catch using that style.
