For this question, it is easy to rule out options 2 and 3 as both of those would result in a significant increase in traffic and noise near the residential neighborhood. For options 1 and 4, I think we should consider the intensity of the use. If the medical use is a large hospital with frequent ambulance and helicopter traffic, this would result in a compatibility issue. However, if it is a small doctor's office or clinic, any impact would be minimal. For option 4, it is unlikely that the use would create a compatibility issue unless the school included training for professions that result in noise, such as metal working, or if the school was very large and generated a significant increase in traffic.
