Novice tutor, but with instructing and government expeience
Future jobs requiring the least in-person interaction with people make the least demands on office space and, thus, land use. These are jobs that can be done remotely. This rules out health care and many service jobs.
Similarly, warehouse work requires interaction with things and would be difficult to do remotely.
Vocational training deals with both types of situations. Some occupations can be taught remotely while others are best taught in person.
These are often human resources questions and would fall under organizational or governmental activities. They would be less applicable to land-use planning. Their impact on land use would be mostly in the aggregate and after staffing decisions were made.

Assuming adequate parking, retail and restaurants would be the best fit. Warehouses could cause a truck/traffic problem. Some types of vocational training could present noise abatement issues as will healthcare that includes ambulances. Professional doctor's offices on the other hand will make a great weekend skateboard park for the neighborhood's kids.04/28/22
