It looks like those are all positive interactions. As a result, an increase in plastic waste would lead to an increase in leakage of macro plastic waste. That would then result in an increase in micro plastic waste. The increased leakage of macro plastic waste would also lead to an increase in leakage prevention technologies.
You could also turn that around and think about the impact of a decrease in any one of those things leading to a decrease in anything it is connected to by a "+" arrow.
However, any place in the diagram where there is a "-" arrow connection would result in switching of impact after the arrow. For example, an increase in leakage prevention technology would lead to a decrease in marine debris made of plastic.
